The Maine 207 Foundation provides resources to support student well-being and promote innovative learning opportunities for the students and staff of District 207. Together with the Foundation's ongoing support of the District 207 School-Based Health Center and the District 207 COVID-19 Emergency Fund, these educational enrichment grants represent the Foundation's work toward achieving its its mission.

AP Human Geography Culture Connections – Maine West Ebru art and yoga demonstrations for AP Human Geography students
Latino Summit – Maine West Conference registration for freshman & sophomore Latino & Hispanic students to encourage continuing their education
iPad Minis – Maine East Equipment to support push band data reporting (force, velocity, power) for Strength and Conditioning students
Robotics Team – Maine East Competition registration to develop robotic skills
ACDA Honor Choir – Maine East & Maine South Conference registration for students and teachers to improve music skills and learn new instructional techniques
Cafeteria Recycling Program – Maine South Waste sorting system to implement cafeteria recycling and reduce waste; program also supported by SWANCC and Go Green Park Ridge
Hack Ridge 2020 (Hackathon) – Maine South Costs associated with coding and application development marathon and to expand reach to marginalized students
Literacy Beyond the Classroom - Maine East Transportation to Bernie's Book Bank for Applied Literacy classes to apply reading skills learned in class and to work on SEL skills by working as a group
Student Physical Examinations at School-Based Health Center - All Schools 20 physical exams for students who are uninsured or can’t afford a physical exam.
We the People, Constitution Team National Finals - Maine South (trip cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions) Costs related to 24 students on the Maine South Constitution Team to represent the state of Illinois at the national We the People national competition on civics, government, and Constitutional law.
Lyceum Relief Trip - Maine East Service trip for 22 students in the Gifted Lyceum Program leadership development course Lyceum’s Leadership for Life to learn about issues related to blight reduction and poverty assistance and extend learning experiences.
McDonald’s All American Game - Maine West (event cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions) Costs related to coach's participation at the McDonald's All American game to support a Maine West student-athlete selected to be a McDonald’s All American and to share experience and coaching techniques with Maine West students and the local community
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) State Competition - Maine East (event cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions) Costs related to CTE students to attend the FCCLA Illinois state competition
